There are no words to really describe this Belgian Beer….. Only YUM! Lambic Beers are great with any meal due to the sweetness of the different fruits used to produce them. Lambic Beers also come in Peach, Apple, Grape… etc. Imagine cooking with this beer. 🙂 -!YG
I found a really interesting video about Veuve & their production process to harvest grapes. The video reminded me of my trip to Reims & Ephernay. If you are in Paris….. make it a point to take a day trip to the Champagne region. You will find it to be very educational. -!YG
