DealBook has a really great piece on how Qatar won the bid to host the Olympics in 2022. Their analysis of the bid is a great resource for anyone who is in the business of pitching for new clients or projects. The Qatar bid committee focused on:

• Leave nothing to chance with your regulators
• Have a response to every objection
• Speak their language
