Great piece in FT about the evolution of Vice Magazine into a global brand with a lot of juice. It is always interesting to see what happens when “anti-establishment” (i.e. Shephard Fairey) cats start getting those MMs. Does the message in their agenda change (i.e. sellout)? Great piece about the film and Lee Daniels’ climb up the ladder in Hollyweird. The film comes out on 11/6 & I will be going to see it opening night. I have a feeling this film will be the ‘Slumdog’ of 2009. -!YG
