I stumbled upon this book earlier today and haven’t been able to put it down. Definitely a delightful read especially for all you fellow entrepreneurs out there. I think you find a lot of jewels in this text by Randy Komisar. Click the image for more information – LOM
Brief Summary
The book’s timeless advice – to make work pay not just in cash, but in experience, satisfaction, and joy – will be embraced by anyone who wants success to come not just from what they do, but from who they are.

This month’s issue of Fast Company has a handful of really great articles about Creativity and how it relates to running a dynamic business. My favorites were with the CEO AirBnB Brian Chesky and his desire to reposition the company as a hospitality firm. Another great article features Ed Catmull, head of Pixar, who talks about the importance of a creating a “brain trust” of advisers who he utilizes to ensure that every film they make is of the highest quality. Both are definitely worth checking out. I know I learned a lot. – LOM
