I stumbled upon a really great article via LinkedIn published by Entrepreneur.com about the importance of cultivating genuine relationships vs looking for an ends to a means through networking. People always ask me, 'How are you able to connect with so many people?' The answer lies in that fact that I'm truly interested in people.
