YG x Ben Stiller @ Taia Peace Foundation Fundraiser
The city has been buzzing with activity due to the UN General Assembly meetings this wk. Yesterday I attended the inaugural fundraiser for Jeffrey Wright’s foundation Taia Peace @ the Sheraton Hotel.
The fundraiser was a star-studded event with folks from A. Keys to Jessica Alba in attendance to support Jeffrey’s initiative which sought to raise 500k to build new roads in parts of Sierra Leone.
Focused on developing creative ways to engage w/ developing countries like Sierra Leone, Taia Peace seems to be on the right track. -!YG
