Malcolm Gladwell – Stuff You Should Know
Miss Katie interviewed Malcolm about his new book Outlier. I’ve read this book & found it somewhat interesting.. but Outlier is not his best work. I felt like he didn’t truly underpin his assertions regarding the variables that lead to success. I will give him the 10,000 hours theory, but Hofstede is old news. Who knows maybe I need to re-read the book….. Holla @ me if you have read the book. -!YG
