YG kicks it @ Eataly
Last night me & the homey @jongray7 hit up Eataly (a.k.a the 50,000 sq foot funhouse) for some grub. The experience was beyond INCREDIBLE… lol! Eataly is definitely one of those experiences that needs to be made into a case study because Mario Batali & Co. “did it right”.
As someone who has studied the nuances of the hospitality business, I couldn’t help but smile as I dined and sipped on the tasty crushed grapes. 🙂 I’m going next week and we’ll do a more thorough snapshot of the whole market. -!YG
