The Black Stars Are Still Shining…… Thank You
It has taken me a week to get over the anguish of watching the Black Stars beat themselves (not lose…… let’s be clear….lol) in the World Cup. Kudos to Uruguay, but we all know what it is. 🙂
Regardless of the result, the Black Stars can hold their heads up high knowing that they left it all on the futbol pitch. Ghana not only held it down for Africa, but for the whole Diaspora. I’ve never been more proud to be a Ghanaian then today. Now we have to switch gears and prep for 2014 World Cup in Brazil (in addition to the Cup of Nations in 2012). You know that the kid has to “touchdown†in Brazil for that one. 🙂
