I just finished reading this book over the weekend. I HIGHLY recommend that folks looking to start their own business to read this book. I found this book to be a truly inspirational piece of literature. Tony is honest, funny and very insightful with the information that he shares in his book. Tony Hsieh drops tons of invaluable gems that helped him grow Zappos.com into a $1 billion dollar business. -!YG
