Crush It! is the current read that I picked up over the weekend per a friend’s suggestion.  Crush It! focuses on building your personal brand via the power of social network (and the internet). The evolving current economic climate has pushed many of us to re-evaluate priorities with regards to our career paths. Gary doesn’t say anything “revolutionary”, but he does frame the conversation in manner which puts things in perspective. We’ll see how the rest of the book shakes out. I’m not sure what to make of this episode of the ‘Founders Friday’, but it was quite educational. Glenn Beck is the last person that I would expect to admit to how American history has omitted the contribution of people of color.
