You should know by now that  when I love something… I’m gonna pump it down your throat until you get on the gravy train (“get down or lay down”). I finished reading “Powder Necklace” today. I might be a little bias, but I really enjoyed reading this book. “Powder Necklace” was filled with lyrical passages that took the reader on the roller coaster journey of Lila ( main character) thru 3 continents towards self-discovery.

I finally gave New Amerykah Part Two a proper listen & this joint is my favorite cut on Badu’s latest LP. When I listen to this song it takes me back to Feb. 11th, 1997 , the day I was introduced to Miss Badu. I feel like a teen all over again… lol!-!YG
