After waiting an eternity for Ms Badu to make her grand entrance, she rocked the stage last night @ Dash Gallery. Badu did a medley of her classics & gave the audience a preview of the latest LP – New Amerykah Part Two: Return of The Ankh. The waiting & “sweating like a pig” was well worth the experience. Last night I had the pleasure of previewing some new stuff from the Black Keys & I was truly impressed. The Black Keys will be dropping a new LP in May. Also, they will be playing MSG opening up for Pearl Jam in May. I’m definitely a fan now. -!YG

Thursday night Dash Gallery had their 2nd official opening featuring Kyle Goen. The event was hosted by Erykah Badu and generated a great crowd. This opening was not as packed as the first  & had a much better vibe in the room. After spending the last 2 days @ Dash Gallery, I can clearly see the vision that Dame has for DD172. I look forward to seeing DD172 continue to grow & evolve. -!YG
