YG Book Club: Infidel – Ayaan Hirsi Ali
I’ve been aware of Ayaan Hirsi Ali’s story since my first visit 2 AMS back in 2004. I never really followed it closely for some reason. My gal pal Keisha has been raving about this book for the past few days. As a result, yesterday I went 2 the library & picked it up for my educational consumption & so far I’m impressed. 🙂
Hirsi Ali has an interesting perspective on the rights of women, Islam and life in general. The paperback copy has some discussion questions at the end of it. If anyone is interested in reading this book with me just give me a shout. I would love 2 talk about the book in greater detail with folks interested in the subject matter. Holla @ me.. -!YG
