An Evening with Champions
Shout out 2 everyone who came 2 this talk. I got 2 see the big homey Stoute speak last night & that was quite a treat. The NY Enterprise Report ( CLICK HERE ) in conjunction with Wachovia Bank organized organized the presentation last night. The other panelist were JON BLOOSTEIN & LAUREL TOUBY. It was great 2 be in the same room with passionate business people who will NOT accept the status quo. Also shout out 2 Lil Jon… who I ran into @ the Adidas Party… He is really excited about the wine venture. 🙂 -!YG

- Crawl, Walk & Run – I’ve had a couple meetings this wk & this phrase kept coming up.
- Engage your customer – We live in an experience based economy & the customer has 2 be engaged in every aspect of the experience. Due to the short attention span of today’s consumer, if you can’t keep them captivated…. YOUR TOAST!
- Consumers are your ultimate BOSS…. Listen 2 them….
