Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion
Shout out 2 my OG Stephen Coffey, the founder of Thousand Hills Coffee (click here), 4 putting me on 2 this book. Influence was definitely a good read & I found it 2 be very insightful. Cialdini really delves into what makes people, especially consumers, tick with regards 2 their decision making process. Essentially the book gets to the root of Y people say YES to certain things & NO 2 others.
The book did get dry in some spots with 2 many facts & case studies, but @ the end of the day it was a good read. The chapters on Social Proof & Liking are worth the read. If you have time one day just hit up the bookstore & read it . 😉 Overall this is great resource for people seeking 2 become better at the Art of Persuasion…… -!YG
