Whitney to Receive $131M Gift
What recession? A lot of folks are in a giving mood these days….. Last week Schwarzman gave 100 million 2 the public library. This week Lauder gave 131 million to the Whitney! I wish someone would donate that amount of $ to the f’ed up NYC public school system. Nothing against maintaining our intellectual and cultural centers, but there are many other entities in NYC that would also benefit from such a generous financial gift. -!YG
