My Global Hustle

Although its far from the taquerias that I visited in Mexico, I do enjoy their food & the quick service experience at Chipotle. I love how simple their business model is (a la Pinkberry). Chipotle is great example for folks looking to start their own business. The company has honed in on understanding their core business, having a consumer focus, and seeking continual improvement in the way they do business… all key drivers towards the successful growth of a company. Having just finished writing a paper on the Quick Service industry, I’m curious to see how this model will translate to other markets. That will be the true test… Can this become a global brand? Chipotle is a public company whose stock is up 3%! Shout 2 Kassan 4 this one.-!YG
