Pimpology – Ken Ivy
I borrowed this book from the library yesterday. I needed something light 2 read in btn all these marketing and strategy books that I’ve been devouring. It was a quick 1 day read & very entertaining 2 say the least. Now I don’t condone their behavior, but I’ve always been fascinated with the mind of a Pimp (good or bad).
Pimps come in many forms from Corporate America 2 the Pastor$ who lead these Mega Churches (yeah I said it!)  2 well Street Pimps. As long as you are not living life by your own rules, you are being pimped. At the end of the day everyone is always trying 2 get 1 up on another person. So I’ve come 2 learn that I need 2 prepare my mind in order 2 prevent myself from being pimped.Â
Whether it is reading Pimpology or the 48 Laws of Power, I want 2 be able 2 see the snakes in the grass. Funny enough Ken Ivy does have a few jewels in this book once you ignore the slick talking. This book is not a must read, but if you bored it will definitely entertain you.Â
