I truly love this record…. Teddy P. really went in on this classic song. Check the conga playing during this performance, my man did his thing. The congas added that organic touch which is missing in a lot of 2 day’s music. This record was released during an era when men weren’t afraid 2 talk 2 their lady 😉 and outfits were sharp as a tack…… What I always found interesting was how R &B cats from back in the day had some serious gift of gab. Listen 2 the into my man gives at the top of the performance… I know it drove the ladies wild. Answer me this… Is Teddy P really crying about his lady?
