YG U Doing it BiG!
I got a phone call from my big sister Renee with some good news. It turns out that a photo that I took of her over the summer was used in the promo for her show @ the Blue Note this past weekend. Not only was it in the Blue Note booklet, on the marquee of the BlueNote, and on the Blue Note website…but it was also in Time Out magazine!
You might not agree, but that’s pretty cool. 
Especially, as I’m working with my peeps 2 conceptualize a few exhibitions for 2008. This news definitely gives me some level of validation. I’ve always believed that if U have a great eye, you already have some of the tools needed 2 become a great photographer. Many of the images that you have seen were for fun, but a few of ya’ll have really seen me “get it in.” As the Rebel INS always says: “It’s Time to Show and Prove” -!YG
