Ladies Love Pick: Robin Thicke – I Need Love / Jodeci – Feenin
Like many Afropolitians in NYC I’ve dated my fair share of ladies in my life. Everytime I listen 2 this Jodeci record I think about my first girlfriend (1 of 4) EVER. 🙂 I’m talking met the family & all that jazz. I think I was 13-14 yrs old & I used 2 cut track practice 2 go kick it with her in Concourse Village. Boy… I thought I was the man back then…lol! What’s funny is my mom still ask about that chick til this day…. 🙂 What happened 2 my 1st girlfriend ever? That’s a complicated story… Can we say love triangle..lol!
This Diary of a Mad Band album (“Cry 4 You” another dope album cut) is a classic. I think I have the tape in a box someplace in the crib. Robin Thicke is another cat who though he is still young in the game.. I C big things 4 that young man. -!YG
