F*ck what Joe Budden has 2 say…..lol! (just kidding) Let me preface this blog entry by stating that I do not listen 2 the radio or own an IPOD, so these thoughts are all moi. Joey B made some valid points with his blog entry, but the reality of the matter is Weezy F. Crazy on the MIC is the hottest MC out RIGHT NOW! There are issues with his consistency, but this cat is what 24-25… there is still room for a lot of growth. Weezy is serving Hip-Hip heads like a waiter! This young man is spreading his wings & finding himself as an artist.

The fact is the rap game is a young man’s sport & I have always asserted this. People tend 2 forget Biggie & Pac were the illest @ 24/25 yrs old. I would never discredit 3 stacks (solo album coming soon) or Tariq Trotter, but young dudes like Weezy got the ears of the people. Moreover, Weezy has gained his notoriety by rippin’ the mixtape scene. If U went 2 his show last wk in NYC U already know what I mean. Now does the game need a shot in the arm…. YES! Is Weezy the answer? That remains 2 be seen…… I’m waiting 4 Joey 2 give me what I need…. Til that time pick up FINDING FOREVER! – !YG
