Venezuela ‘to withdraw from IMF’
My Ace Mr. Chavez is at it again… This cat really loves the attention from the media…. 🙂 Though some of his policies are a bit quacked out, I do admire his attempt 2 unify Latin America. Mr. Chavez has proposed the establishment of a Bank of the South that would finance development efforts in South America. Hugo is truly keeping Che’s dream alive of a United South America.
