Trans-Atlantic deregulation: Airlines salivate at possibilities
If you have not heard….. The EU & US have signed an agreement that will deregulate travel btn the US and Europe. What does this mean? Basically….. it will give an opportunity 4 EU carriers 2 have more slots in the US and vice versa. Idealistically, it will also reduce the cost of travel over the “big pond”. Just think, U may one day be able to book a Jetblue flight from JFK to London 4 cheap! U scoff, but with this new agreement it becomes more of a possibility.
