“Spring Magic”.. Are U Myspace Ready?
There are about 9-10 days left until “Spring Magic” has sprung. Judging by the weather the changes in temp. really have an effect on the psyche of New Yorkers. As I ran some errands today, I noticed the difference in people’s body language. The “Street Pharmacists” performed that “hand 2 hand” with more pep their in step, the fruit @ the corner bodega looked fresher, and the entrepreneurial spirit of my local “crackhead” was at its yearly peek.
Warm weather really does change your mood. I was in Soho over the weekend vintage shopping (copped some nice accessories) and saw a young lady with flip flops on….. 😮 I just thought 2 myself this chick is f*#@ing crazy!… I was almost compelled 2 ask her what was on her mind. but I knew what it was: “Spring Magic”.
I’m pretty excited because “Spring Magic” is my season. I laid low 4 the 1st Q & now it’s time 2 shine. I’ve been in the gym for the past couple weeks pressing dem bells maintaining my sexy in an effort 2 gear up 4 “Spring Magic”.
What does Myspace Ready mean? It means more traveling, more pool parties, more crushed grapes & new gal pals 2 get acquainted with. Myspace Ready (I forget if JR or YG coined this phrase) is all about having fun with your peeps. It’s about taking life 1 day at a time and enjoying every moment 2 the fullest.
Neky already started the Myspace Ready movement 4 2007 at Sundance. I’m taking it back 2 the West Coast in a few weeks 2 ring in “Spring Magic” properly. Hopefully the Myspace Ready movement will end in East India on Dec. 31st. 🙂
I might touch the vineyard in btn 4 some R & R. It’s been a minute since I’ve been up there. I need 2 reconnect with my Vermont massive… 😉 What a difference a few degrees can make? Shout out 2 Neky “HollyHood” Romero & Jamel “Mr. CEO” Robinson…. We Myspace Ready… Are U?
