This video definitely does not advocate for women’s rights. I’m sure a lot of my gal pals will be mad at me for posting this video on my blog, but I had to do it for my dude Horse. The only reason I like this song is because Horse is on it. Now many of you don’t know that Horse and I (Lil P….my hypeman name) were suppose to form a rap duo (Black Stallions) back in the day. (It was mainly my idea….lol) For some reason it never came to fruition, but I still have hope that we will make it happen…. It seems that Horse is getting that itch again… Stay tuned!

I was doing some 2007 cleaning at the crib & came across a pic that I know many of U would enjoy. My friendships range from people who have known me 20+ years to 20 days (ok maybe that is an acquaintance) Either way the intent of this blog was to give U more insight into who I am and the way I view the world.
Social networking tools like myspace have provided me with the opportunity to piece together moments from my past in order to truly understand how I’ve reached this point. I have recently reconnected with friends from grammar school….it’s crazy to hear about how U behaved when you were a youth. My memory can be a bit fuzzy, but I’m lucky to have friends who remember every detail… I often wonder to myself how did YG even come about? After finding these pics I came to realization that I was destined to have a life long love affair with traveling.

Circa ’94…this was my 8th grade trip to DC (my second home). As U can see I had a true fondness for music, I think I was heavy into Ice Cube and Biggie at the time. My home girl Karla dug this pic up.

I have to say I really like this record. I have always been fond of Lil Flip’s music for some reason. He is one of the few rappers from the South that I believe spits hard. Check out his new video.
