JAY-Z INTERVIEW WITH BARBARA WALTERS

Here is an interview I came across and found pretty interesting….. I can’t “knock Jay’s hustle” (no pun intended..lol)! Just one thing, Why did Barbara Walters ask Jay-Z if Beyonce was really bootylicious? I found that to be a weird really question. Check out the interview and let me know what you think.

From the perspective of a us (“us” being Hip Hop lovers / followers, even though it died), this was a terrible interview. Nothing new. Quite dated actually. Yet, this interview was not for “us”. Jay-Z has entered another world over the past couple of years. That world knows very little about Jay-Z, and only wants to know so much. B. Walters touched on the basics (which is how many in her world view him aka “us”); poor childhood, runaway father, drugs, dealer, alive and healthy after 25 (whoa), money, videos, more money, more videos, woman (degraded her with that “booty question”, but she already did that for B. Walters. that’s another blog), and a dress code (nice sweater actually). All in 4 minutes (was that all the footage?). It goes without saying that the world (and there is only one world) deserved a much better interview. word.
